Description

Duties and Responsibilities: • Create and maintain the daily calendar, agenda/diaries, schedules, meetings and appointments. • Create and update agendas and actions points for team meetings and maintain the team meeting schedule. • Organize travel itineraries from team events and related arrangements. • Maintain the department stationery and print inventory and maintain stock levels as required. • Support the timely delivery of design and print production marketing materials to suppliers and agencies by providing the correct logos, images, brand guidelines and feedback. • Coordinate invoice payment process with Finance. • Maintain an efficient online and offline filing and records keeping system inline with the department’s standards, including regularly updating media lists. • Revise contract templates as directed and prepare processes, reports, presentations and other working documents as required. • Prepare daily reports for press, social and crisis management, weekly, monthly and annual documents. Competencies: • Management skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multitask Qualifications: • Bachelor degree • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field • Fluent in English and Arabic
